I don't care much for the simplification. When I first saw it, I wondered where the texture had gone. Keeping the extra detail adds to the realism. But other than that, kudos; I LOVE this series you've done. It's honestly one of the best pieces of Star Fox fan art I've ever seen.

Heya, just wanted to say that I stumbled on your comic by pure chance and only wish I had found it sooner! Just finished reading all the pages you got so far and am eagerly waiting to see more in the future, though Im quite well aware of a tiny little thing getting in the way, something called 'real life' :P

I myself only recendly have only begun to be a Star Fox fan. I mean, throughour the years I've seen them now and then, caught a screenshot or two from them, along with a fanart here on DA, though it was only last weekend that out of the blue I decided to properly study them, and before I knew it, I found myself becoming a fan, after doing a little reading on wikipedia and watching vids on youtube. Hell, I even wanna write a fanfic!

And I dont even own a gamecube!

Maybe its mostly because im a big space fan, I played Wing Commander A LOT.

Ah, anyway, sorry about al that ramble.

Bottom line, love your comic, think you do the characters amazingly well, and I got a sneaky feeling this all is more then just some insurance fraud.
